Site Selection and Analysis. Identification and evaluation of building sites. Scope may include analysis of zoning regulations, potential site restrictions, requirements for development, potential effects on budget, scope and timeline and viability studies.
Programming. Definition and prioritization of objectives to create a guide for owner and designer to inform decisions throughout project development and construction.
Design Development. Development and delivery of start-to-finish design services (schematic design through pricing & permitting) for renovations and new structures. Design services include exterior and interior conceptual design, space planning, materials exploration, budgeting and permitting
Construction Documents. Development and delivery of detailed architectural drawings and renderings that communicate the program, confirm responsibilities, and provide a framework for the construction process to be taken from paper to reality.
Construction Administration. Represent property owners’ interests during construction, facilitating communication, providing quality control on design execution, and being on-hand to manage decision-making and coordinated problem solving during throughout the construction process.
Architectural Consultation. Assist property owners with remediation of faulty construction and provide architectural report in preparation of potential litigation.
